We are the Support for People with Reduced Working Capacity project, a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in the Convergence Regions, Hungary.

Our purpose is to facilitate the alignment of the labor supply of people with reduced working capacity with the labor market demand of employers who wish to hire them, through a European Union-funded, vocational rehabilitation-focused program.

Within the framework of the project, we provide assistance to employers and individuals with health impairments to access job opportunities quickly and to connect our partners with suitable labor. We support actions such as mapping hidden vacancies, analyzing potential roles, designing appropriate jobs, and planning employment; we help with understanding the legal context related to employing people with reduced working capacity; we share best practices and experiences among employers to support placement and long-term integration; we prepare for the inclusion and employment of such workers; and for employers with limited prior experience, we formulate recommendations and guidance to enable successful placement and sustained employment. We organize job interviews and group interviews, support client recruitment, and assist in a subsidized employment framework (wage and social contribution subsidies). We also support onboarding, workplace integration, and efforts to retain workers.

Our operations are national within Hungary, and our services are provided from our location in Hungary.

In summary, we provide a labor market program aimed at vocational rehabilitation to coordinate the supply and demand for labor related to people with reduced working capacity and to support their entry into and retention within employment.
