We were created to address a social issue and labor stereotypes, as a nonprofit, to demonstrate that our human talent is valued in the development of Latin America and the rest of the world by successful entrepreneurs. We also believe that experience gained over years should be combined with the wisdom of young people who are starting out or have limited experience. People with a lot of experience are not outdated or costly. We must convey a message of unity without stereotypes or labels that do not add value and that may put the success of public or private enterprises at risk.
