Mentor Point is a privately held company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

Our vision is to transfer knowledge and experience and build a better foundation for the next generation. Our mission is to find, empower, and connect students to make them more productive and successful.

We operate through a community of members who are selected through a rigorous screening process and receive training from top professionals. We serve two types of customers: the B2C line, consisting of university students and fresh graduates, and the B2B line, with clients such as top-tier consulting firms. We help B2C customers improve performance, self-fulfillment, and employability through a variety of educational mentorship, training sessions, and workshops. For B2B clients, we help attract and hire the best talent faster and more efficiently than existing solutions, and we provide additional training. We have a community of more than 150 individuals living in 10 countries around the world in the consulting sector. All members share one thing in common: they are among the best in their field or industry and have outstanding profiles in terms of professional experience, academic distinctions, and soft skills development. We support an online professional network, professional identity, jobs, mentoring, and group collaboration.
