Mestieri Lombardia Milano1-Lainate, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are a consortium organized to provide employment services within processes of inclusion for workers who are more vulnerable, as well as services to businesses and cooperatives in the territory. Our competitive advantage lies in being a unified and integrated instrument for managing all specialized tools available at the territorial consortium level, accredited regionally, and those authorized at the national level. Our mission is oriented to fostering the creation of employment with attention to guaranteeing an equitable distribution of opportunities, and to valuing the skills and the philosophy of social cooperation in active labor market policies, extending its reach to new work areas.

We deliver our services through a range of activities, including search and identification of candidates, search and pre-selection of personnel, and search and selection of personnel for public, private, cooperative employers and families. We also provide targeted search and selection for workers with disabilities (Law 68/99), activate internships and traineeships at national level, and offer services for redeployment or outplacement (provincial calls, private agreements for managing emergency calls). We provide services in agreement with Centers for Employment within the framework of future regional accreditations for private entities operating in the employment services system, and we participate in innovative projects on European, national, and regional calls, as well as activities that prepare for labor mediation through orientation and professional training.
