Mestieri Lombardia U.O. Monza is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Monza, Italy.

We are the regional network of employment agencies accredited by Regione Lombardia (Accreditation no. 305 of 30/01/2015) and authorized by the Ministry of Labour (Authorization no. 86 of 16/02/2015 - section I) to provide employment services. We operate across the Lombardy region as a specialized interlocutor delivering orientation, selection, professional accompaniment, and tutoring for people with marginality and difficulties in entering the labor market. We work in close synergy with a network of territorial consortia of social cooperatives and communities that have long developed services for worker integration and for profit and social enterprises. We are thus able to offer to companies services for personnel selection, awareness-raising, and corporate social responsibility related to inclusion.

We deliver these services through our collaborative approach with the territorial network, coordinating with cooperatives and community networks to support both job seekers and employers. Our work includes providing orientation, career guidance, and support for professional integration, and we engage with enterprises to promote inclusion and responsible business practices.

Our network comprises more than 17 employment agencies, present in 9 provinces. They are active in services to businesses, in local development pathways, and in social inclusion. Through our territorial network we guarantee access to conciliation services and the implementation of positive actions to promote equal opportunity. The Mestieri Lombardia network is part of the CGM cooperative group, a brand that is a guarantee of commitment to the development and well-being of our communities.
