MI Force Co., Ltd. We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We create and provide services tailored to our clients' needs in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, guided by specialization, diversity, and flexibility.

We develop new solution services from client needs and form partnerships with established organizations, including CSOs in Europe and North America and IT companies, to expand our capabilities. We have twenty years of experience in contract MR.

Within our offerings, we cover Sales Marketing (contract MR, product/area outsourcing, remote MR, and digital marketing), Medical Affairs (contract MSLs and nurses, MSL training, medical concierge), and BPO (compliance and screening, training (group and online), and talent services). We also bring expertise in Oncology, CNS (Central nervous system), Rare diseases, and Immunology, along with advertising materials screening.
