Midot Ukraine

Midot Ukraine is a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Bnei-Brak, Israel.

We are a subdivision of the international company Midot, which has been operating since 1977 and is involved in evaluating business risks related to personnel. We are trusted by more than 2000 companies in more than 30 countries. In Ukraine we have been operating since 2006.

Our approach to service delivery centers on a set of tests: IntegriTEST, TRUSTEE, StabiliTEST and SafetyTEST. The tests are hosted on the cloud multilingual Podium platform, where settings can be configured to meet our clients' needs and analytics can be built in our clients' accounts.

Our specialties include HR management, team management, industrial safety, business consulting, test, HR test, business security, talent aquisition, recruitment, and safety consulting.

We operate in Israel and Ukraine.
