Mindfulness Consulting

We are Mindfulness Consulting, a self-owned company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are a company specialized in learning and human development, and we are a pioneer in introducing the Mindfulness and Self-Compassion (MSC) program in Colombia. Our training programs promote the development of skills for managing emotions and for building fulfilling relationships through the cultivation of mindfulness and compassion.

For six years, we have applied the practice of Mindfulness in groups, educational institutions, and companies such as Natura, Coomeva, Roche, Corpoica, Equión Energia, Isa Intercolombia, Massy Energy, Berkeley Research Group, Insitum, and Terranum, among others.

We have professionals in psychology trained in Spain and certified by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and by the Spanish Mindfulness and Compassion Association (AEMind).

We operate in Colombia.
