MIP Company is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We have worked in the recruitment market since 2000 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We specialize in recruiting for rare and key specialists. Eighty percent of our projects are in the high-technology sector. We have completed more than 1,000 recruitment projects, of which 85% were for long-standing clients. We work across most of Russia to connect our clients with the right personnel.

Our approach centers on aligning with our clients' values and business style. We largely avoid using open sources for candidate searches, which allows us to find specialists whose résumés are not available online. We do not overwhelm our clients with resumes of unsuitable candidates, and we present candidates who fully meet the vacancy requirements. We continually improve and stay up to date with new search technologies.
