We are Miracle Consulting AB, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our mission is to successfully acquire and place talent and to support candidates through mentoring and coaching after placement, drawing on our networking and social analysis capabilities and post-hire support.

We have spent over 15 years developing these skills, and our education includes Masters of Social Sciences in Business Studies and majors in Accounting and Finance and IT. We have been recruiting and placing top talent, utilizing our extensive network across Stockholm, London and Dubai, as well as the Nordics and Continental Europe. Our industry knowledge focuses on Retail, Finance and IT, placing senior level executives in roles for global organisations. We specialize in general ledger reconciliation, month- and year-end closure, IC reconciliation of accounts, as well as recruitment, executive search, headhunting, finance, staffing, accounting, talent, talent management and sourcing.
