We are MIREL asbl, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Liège, Belgium.

Our mission is to align the supply and demand of employment. This role is realized through a series of services for employers and job seekers. For employers, we are your partner in recruitment and selection. We visit companies without obligation to determine your needs. We search and pre-select potential candidates. We place job seekers in professional situations (immersion) in a company, through a tremplin internship before employment. We handle administrative tasks, notably during periods when job seekers participate in company placements. Job seekers can rely on us to support their professional project by helping them to conduct a skills assessment (bilan de compétences); define the most suitable occupation based on their prior experience; refine the tools needed for employment; position themselves on job offers; integrate into a company, notably through a tremplin internship before employment; and maintain durable and quality employment through regular follow-up.

We deliver these services through direct engagement with employers to understand their needs, including on-site visits without obligation, and through the identification and pre-selection of suitable candidates. We arrange immersion placements, such as tremplin internships, before employment, and we manage the administrative steps involved in periods of employment for job seekers.

Our specialties include job coaching, recruitment, outplacement, and bilan de compétences (skills assessment).

We operate in Belgium. We benefit from the support of the Walloon Region, FOREM, and the European Social Fund, and we receive co-financing from the European Union (FSE+). Through this support, we implement the program “A.L.A.D.in, Action de Liens et d’Accompagnements Dirigés vers l’Insertion”. This program enables us to accompany a larger number of beneficiaries in the context of an accompanied search toward and into employment.
