We are Mission Locale Toulouse, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1983 and are headquartered in Toulouse, France.

We support young people aged 16 to 25 who have left the school system in all their steps toward employment and autonomy. Our five local offices welcome them in the Toulouse area on Tuesday through Friday afternoons without appointment.

We operate as a network focused on youth employment. To meet employer recruitment needs, we provide expertise to define the profile sought, inform and advise on employment aids, help assemble dossiers, design training programs aligned with the competencies of the position to qualify staff, and organize recruitments. We also invite participation in the mentoring network, where mentors, whether currently active in work or retired, dedicate time to help a young person develop their project, share knowledge of the working world and the codes of the workplace, advise on CVs and letters of motivation, offer emotional support, and help prepare for interviews.

We specialize in employment, training, recruitment, and working with employers to support professional integration, mentoring, autonomy, and youth, including the One Youth, One Solution program.

We operate five local offices in the Toulouse area, France.
