Mission Régionale pour l'emploi du Centre (MRC)

We are Mission Régionale pour l'emploi du Centre (MRC), a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Houdeng-Aimeries, Belgium.

We provide recruitment, support and training for motivated job seekers seeking lasting employment. As a placement agency, we perform the matching between the profiles of candidates we prepare for their future employment and the demand of the companies with which we negotiate favorable conditions for integrating the new worker. We provide follow-up during the first six months of employment to strengthen the effectiveness of our actions. This helps sustain employment by anticipating potential risks related to returning to work and to human resources management.

We offer individualized support toward and into employment, for the benefit of future workers and the companies, with training actions in partnership with qualified operators and adjustment sequences favoring immersion in the company.

We operate in Belgium.

A portion of our activities is co-financed by the European Union in the following projects: J.A.S-M.In.E (Young People in Specific Support – Insertion into Employment, July 2023 – December 2025) and A.L.A.D.In (Actions of Links and Guidance Directed toward Insertion, September 2023 – December 2025). For J.A.S-M.In.E, the project aims to accompany 180 young people aged 18 to 29 into employment, with 2 job coaches per project assisting these young people through collective workshops and individual interviews. The total budget is €466,654.41 and EU funding is €233,327.20. For A.L.A.D.In, the project aims to support 300 job seekers, with 4 job coaches per project, through workshops and individual interviews. The total budget is €985,577.40 and EU funding is €492,788.70.
