Christianity's centre of gravity has shifted to the Global South from the Global North. We are convinced that it is time for African Christians to take their rightful place in the global mission roundtable. Towards this end, MTA is actively seeking to catalyze the emerging mission movement across Africa. MTA is doing this by focusing on those who have not yet become part of God's children, the youth, younger professionals, and church and mission leaders. MTA strongly believes that when a person/group truly experiences God, they will inevitably be moved to consider exploring God's mission on earth. That is why we focus on short-term mission exposure trips, facilitating African Christian professionals into mission and holding mission think-tank consultations to reflect on Africa's mission realities.
