We deliver through audits of the current recruitment state in a company and recruitment activities, including headhunting, direct outreach, job postings, referrals, Facebook, and LinkedIn, supported by meetings, training, shadowing, and individual interviews. We provide onboarding and coaching for new managers and salespeople, introducing them to company standards and developing them in managerial activities—personnel management, onboarding newcomers, and developing existing advisers—with preparation for shadowing, meetings, and interviews. We also support the development of existing managers through recruitment activities, onboarding of new and existing advisers, and managerial activities such as meetings, shadowing, and individual interviews with advisers. We monitor managerial activities through advisory sessions, recruitment interviews, and shadowing. We train advisers in phone outreach, meeting preparation, client engagement, and activities at stands, drawing on field experience. We also conduct control purchases, including mystery shopping.
