Moment Salten is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Fauske, Norway.

We are an inclusion-focused organization dedicated to promoting opportunities and creating valuable connections between job seekers, employers, and NAV in the Inner Salten region. Our core activity is to assist individuals in entering or returning to working life, while offering reliable recruitment support and effective collaboration solutions with NAV.

We deliver our services through tailored guidance and support for job seekers, including career guidance, courses, and opportunities for internal and external work trials to help realize potential. We also maintain our own premises and operate the used shop "Huset i Svingen" as an internal arena for work trials. For employers, we provide recruitment support, including safe and responsible practices, job shadowing, clarification, and mutual testing with a view to employment. We support NAV through close dialogue with local caseworkers to address each job seeker's needs more efficiently.

Our operations are focused in the Inner Salten region of Norway, where we work with local employers and NAV to support the regional labor market.

We collaborate closely with a number of local businesses, which is essential to our success.
