MoveMe Talent is a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization, and we operate in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We help Danish SaaS, tech, and green companies build strong teams by systematizing the recruitment process and strengthening relationship skills across teams.

We function either as a replacement for an internal recruitment team or step in when you lack resources—for maternity leave, during peak workloads, or when a critical team needs to recruit correctly. We work both as an agency and as an in-house consultant.

We also train teams to tackle ego, handle conflicts, and understand each other’s temperaments—in a way that is tangible and helps prevent subtle collaboration breakdowns.
