We recruit on-site with the participation of internal, external, national and international candidate databases, in well-known online job sites, in social networks and on a basis of discreet and confidential direct approach.

We specialize in Engineering, Finance, Medical, and Sales. We use practical assessment centers and Enneagram analysis to categorize personalities as part of our selection. This yields more qualification profiles for further interviews in client companies.

We will replace a position if the employment contract ends within up to twelve months due to lack of qualifications and it has not been terminated by the customer for operational reasons.
