MRP - Metis Recruitment Partners is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Singapore, Singapore.

We specialise in energy, infrastructure and IT, with a focus across EMEA and APAC. We offer a highly customised service that adds value to not only the recruitment lifecycle but your business or career development as a whole.

We believe in doing things differently. By holistically looking at productivity and output, rather than measuring daily input, we can better align interests between the client or candidate and us as an agency. The result is all parties working towards the same goal, thereby increasing the efficiency of the traditional agency model. Recruitment is first and foremost a service industry, and by putting relationships first we can deliver a service and add real value to our clients and candidates.

We provide services including executive search, permanent recruitment, contract recruitment and headhunting for energy, renewable energy, power and infrastructure.

We operate with offices in Singapore and London, with a regional focus that spans Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. We are active in Singapore and the United Kingdom, reflecting our focus across EMEA and APAC.
