myHARA is a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Peschiera Borromeo, Italy.

We develop wellness pathways and soft skills in the workplace for executives and managers. We have collaborated with national and international companies, including Oracle, Europcar, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, Sephora Italia, and others. We also develop ENERGYOGANT, a holistic yet measurable approach to work-life balance in the workplace, delivered through a test that allows us to evaluate benefits for our collaborators and for business results. In addition, we offer thematic workshops on soft skills, such as Cre-Activiy E-motion, Mindfulness, Food-E-motion, Sleep E-motion (insomnia in the workplace), Effective Relationships, Back Health from sitting, and Energyogant Balance.

We deliver our programs in corporate settings with a focus on executive and managerial audiences. Our approach combines ENERGYOGANT assessment with practical workshops to support wellness and soft-skills initiatives across organizations. We collaborate with national and international companies to bring these programs into practice in the workplace.
