Job seekers register, upload their CVs and let employers find them on our database. Job seekers apply for jobs online using the Myjobo.com platform. Myjobo.com was created in 2014 to simplify the recruitment and job search processes in Malawi. We could not understand why accessing job opportunities or why the recruitment process should be that complicated in the 21st century. We could not comprehend why Malawians in diaspora looking for jobs at home could not access job opportunities. We were confused why organisations have to pay huge fees for advertising jobs.
