We, Naton HR Srbija & Work Service, are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our mission is to approach our partners and clients individually, taking into account their specific needs and requirements, and to offer the best human resources solutions accordingly. We recognize the importance of quality staff for successful business operations, growth, and development. We believe that the people who make up the working environment largely determine the success of the company. We are committed to assisting candidates who contact us or who are in our internal database.

We deliver our services through recruitment mediation, agency work and secondments, providing HR consulting, and candidate preparation. Our offices are located in Belgrade, Ljubljana, Zagreb, and Sofia, and we plan to expand activities in the region. We recently became part of the Work Service group. We collaborate with numerous clients from various industries and areas of business; we are a regional partner of Cotrugli Business School, which offers MBA programs with international accreditation.
