Nav Bærum

We are Nav Bærum, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Sandvika, Norway.

We provide opportunities for people. Through our values 'clear, present, and solution-oriented,' our main goal is to get more people into work. Our most important capital in this work is you as an employer in our municipality.

We operate as a resource and competence center that daily assists leaders and trade union representatives in their IA work. We do this on behalf of the parties in working life—the employee and employer organizations and the state. This tripartite cooperation is unique in Norway, and it yields results. If you are new to the area, or you have worked long and purposefully with IA work, we can assist.

We offer good services to all residents in our municipality, and we collaborate with employers across Oslo and Viken counties. This is a collaboration we continually seek to develop, based on the needs of the labor market.
