We are Nav Bærum, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Sandvika, Norway.

We operate as a resource and competence center that daily assists leaders and trade union representatives in their IA work. We do this on behalf of the parties in working life—the employee and employer organizations and the state. This tripartite cooperation is unique in Norway, and it yields results.
