We are Nazer Recruitment and Consulting, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Sliema, Malta.

We aim to make it easier and more pleasant for Scandinavian people to move to Malta and to find a suitable workplace. We offer our candidates a free exclusive package. The package will contain a suitable work environment that they will feel secure in, help to find accommodation by a real estate agent that speaks the same language as the candidate, help with juridical legalities, for instance, getting a Maltese ID card, and offer free guidance. The candidates will never have to worry about anything; if a candidate manages to lose their job we will take matters into our own hands and find them a solution. We will act more than just a recruitment company; we will be an assurance for our candidates that they can rely on if anything goes wrong.

We believe in quality over quantity and will ensure that our clients receive the quality candidates they are looking for. We offer a 1-3 month trial if a candidate provided does not meet their demands; if the client ends the trial we will refund part of the fee or the entire amount or provide a new candidate to fill in the role.

We operate in Malta and in the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
