We are Nefertiti Human Capital Consulting, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We borrow from the vision, the boldness, and the courage of a famous queen to look for new paths and methods in a world where tradition and procedures set the rules, and we adapt these qualities to advance professionalism in the human resources domain.

In a very short time, our client portfolio grew to over 160 companies, most of them representative offices of multinational companies, and extended beyond Romania’s borders.
