Nesse Center of Excellence is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Poland.

We help to manage people in the processes of change and crisis, and we support the development of modern organizations. For our clients we create dedicated closed trainings.

We organize trainings at the highest level, in line with the latest knowledge about teaching adults, which is why we employ trainers with business practice. Our trainers are personalities. Almost all of them, in addition to their work as managers and trainers, have second callings: a mountaineer, a sailor, an artist, or a scientist. In teaching management, they use their passions to enrich the training methodology. During trainings we provide feedback and ask questions. We practice new skills, analyze difficult situations, discuss new solutions, and together we discover new ways.
