We are NEXT-National Employment Exchange Tool, a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We were developed by the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission under the Prime Minister’s Hunarmand Pakistan Programme, and we provide an AI-based competency matching system that contains over 20,000 competencies covering almost all types of occupations. To enhance coverage and access, we are linked with over 100 Job Placement Centers across Pakistan, facilitating registration and credential uploads on the portal. The job portal is functional and allows employers to advertise vacancies to invite applications from job seekers at no cost. Organizations can engage with our portal after registration to post vacancies and invite applications.

We deliver our services through a functional job portal that connects employers with job seekers, supported by an AI-based matching system. We enable registration and uploading of credentials on the portal to support both job seekers and employers.
