Niden

Niden, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Radom, Poland.

We provide services across Poland, the Netherlands, and Ukraine, including employment agency services, HR, temporary workers, outsourcing of workers, recruitment and legalization of work for foreigners, recruitment, permanent recruitment, and recruitment of foreigners.

Our approach is based on structured processes and close collaboration with our clients. We have long-standing collaboration with the Netherlands and an openness to Eastern markets that helps us connect Western and Eastern Europe, enabling us to align the supply of human resources with demand in European markets. We continuously invest in effective recruitment of temporary workers to support our European clients and in finding suitable solutions for workers and employers.

Our geographic presence spans Poland, the Netherlands, and Ukraine, with operations in these countries and a headquarters in Radom, Poland.
