Nnoboa uses technology to make it easier for job seekers and job owners to connect. This makes it easier for rural farmers to use Nnoboa's services. Our solution is addressing the challenge of availability, accessibility, affordability and quality of labour within the Agriculture sector, that has affected profitability sustainability, and the use of children as labour source. Our goal is to reduce child labour in the sector by connecting skilled labourers with farmers, this will allow children to go to school. To improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers by increasing their productivity and yields. Also, leveraging technology, nnoboa makes it easier for job seekers and job owners to connect through our USSD, mobile and web apps. This makes it easier for rural farmers to use our solution. Nnoboa is working with local partners to ensure to support children in rural farming areas to read, write and to use technology.
