Nova Reflex

We are Nova Reflex, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

We have been a partner of the Cantonal Office of Employment for more than ten years, and we are committed to supporting the local economy by offering candidates established in the canton of Geneva. Our consultants come from a range of sectors, including human resources, industry, finance, insurance, social services, and customer service, in both private and public sectors, and we provide personalized guidance to our candidates for several months through their entire journey.

We build a relationship of trust between the candidate and their coach, which enables us to gain an in-depth understanding of their background, aspirations, motivations, and behavioral preferences, so we can target the roles that best match them and ensure an effective collaboration.
