Nuclio Talent is a self-owned recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We focus on Talent Acquisition, identifying, attracting and hiring digital talent across disciplines and specialties for companies of varying sizes, with our main clients being large corporations and/or SMEs in innovation and digital transformation initiatives, as well as startups and digital companies in expansion and growth.

We are a project within the Nuclio group, a business group focused on talent, training, incubation and acceleration for digital ventures. We are part of the Nuclio group, which includes Nuclio Venture Builder, Nuclio Digital School, Nuclio Learning, Nuclio Founders and Nuclio Labs. We operate Nuclio Venture Builder as an incubator of startups in Spain that builds and develops startups from validated models in other markets. We run Nuclio Digital School, a business school focused on training in digital and technological skills. We run Nuclio Learning, a platform for ongoing training specialized in the competencies of the digital economy. We run Nuclio Founders, an online school of entrepreneurship created by and for entrepreneurs. We operate Nuclio Labs, an international accelerator of projects in the web3 field.
