We have exclusively selected networks and connections in several regions around the world. In conjunction with our partners we screen and select candidates to provide English-speaking international healthcare professionals to our nursing home clients who are experienced and compassionate, and motivated to work in a nursing home setting in Ireland. We don't just recruit nurses. We also assist them in all logistical aspects of living and working in Ireland, including airport pickup, visa and work permit processing, ABA registration on their behalf, providing free accommodation for the first month, providing a nurse-specific English course, assisting them with opening bank accounts and obtaining their PPS numbers, and if necessary, providing a "cultural integration" course to learn about living and working as a nurse in Ireland. We have personnel who speak five languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Romanian and Tagalog (the native language of the Philippines).
