NXT Interim & NXT Rekrytering is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are a consulting and recruitment company that offers services and packaging not typically offered by traditional firms today.

After many years in the industry and drawing on research, we have packaged different solutions to meet everyone's needs. We act as an intermediary for both our consultants and our clients. We help our specialists and our clients succeed.

During times of economic upturn, skills shortages rise, especially among specialists, which affects how we find candidates. As a result, we have essentially reversed many processes to continuously meet the needs of our clients and our consultants. We also ensure we provide our consultants with all the extra tools required to succeed.

We see that future consultants seek greater flexibility and deeper engagement in many areas, and we address these needs through NXT Interim. Together with ongoing digitalization, this enables us to quickly meet the needs of our clients and consultants. We have designed three different packages for our consultants to help them succeed in their business and to focus on what they do best, i.e., being specialists.

Today we operate in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.

Our goal is to establish a presence in Linköping and Växjö.
