We are Obiettivo Remain, a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We are headquartered in Salerno, Italy.

We connect companies and human resources across geographic distances, creating virtual routes between the South and interior regions and the North and Central areas to facilitate meetings between demand and supply and to enable remote work. When a positive match is achieved, we provide offices equipped for remote workers, support their professional growth, and offer targeted services to enterprises.

To realize this, we connect enterprises and human resources regardless of distance. We organize REBOX remote work centers within urban cores, in public containers decommissioned or underutilized to realize modern, equipped offices, or MINIBOX smaller units inserted inside municipal buildings, museums, enterprises, and other existing structures. Reworkers operate in a real company with its work dynamics and social interactions, while interacting with the employer and colleagues through available technologies. We collaborate with market actors to foster the match between demand and supply, even when distant. In the centers, coaches, tutors, and trainers provide appropriate support, especially to resources with experiential gaps, strengthening soft skills and managing mandatory training.
