Observatório Nacional de Recursos Humanos, we are a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Portugal.
We aim to stimulate the collection, processing, organization and comparison of results obtained regarding employee satisfaction, loyalty and engagement among an increasing number of organizations participating in this project in Portugal. At our founding, a partnership was established between the associations APG and APQ and the companies QUAL and Qmetrics.
Our areas of specialization include employee satisfaction studies, the ONRH Scorecard, and the ONRH Community of Practice.
