Oceanic Resources International Consultancy Limited focuses on the Middle East and Africa region, originated in Dubai as Oceanic Resources International LLC-FZ and later transitioned to a global UK base to enable mobility across MEA markets. It provides executive search and retained recruitment projects for leadership expansion in the region.
