We were created and are managed by HR professionals with 15+ years on-site experience in international Oil & Gas, engineering and industrial companies. We pursue a business-partner in-house approach, identifying the client’s needs and delivering a personalized solution according to the project’s country and personnel nationality. We oversee mobilization and management of local and expat personnel on international energy projects. We pay attention to HR and OHS regulations locally and internationally. Based in Bulgaria, we are EU certified.
