Okami is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Liège, Belgium.
We recruit profiles for STEM sectors (science, tech, engineering, data) for demanding, ambitious, often very nice, sometimes a bit quirky, always human companies. We have understood that recruitment is not a chase; it is alchemy.
We deliver our services through recruitment and headhunting for technical profiles, engineers, executives and leaders in permanent or consulting roles; assessment and development centers, 360°; outplacement; and tailor-made training with humor but above all impact.
