We are OKJOBS.bg - Нова Платформа за Работодатели и Подбор на Персонал, a nonprofit organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Ruse, Bulgaria.

For job seekers, we provide a profile-based approach that helps them find the right job. For employers, we enable posting of ads, the creation of a company profile through the Management Dashboard, and attracting qualified and motivated candidates to their brand.

From a delivery perspective, we provide these services through an online platform that supports profile creation, job ad publication, and dashboard-based management. We monitor ad performance, analyze statistics, and adjust as needed. We also provide access to a Talent Database to search for suitable candidates.
