We are Olim - Employment Centers, a human resources organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We were established in early 2014 to integrate new immigrants and returning residents into the Israeli employment market and to find jobs relevant to their professional experience, education, personal skills and preferences. Maof Human Resources operates these Employment Centers after winning a tender from the Ministry of Immigration and Absorption. Our centers are spread throughout the country, from Nahariyya and Tiberias in the North to Rishon LeZion in the Judean Lowland. Employment consultants at the centers speak various languages and have wide experience in the field of employment and recruitment. Our centers have direct contact with 1,500 employers across the country in a variety of employment fields and more than 4,000 open positions at any given moment; therefore we have the ability and flexibility to integrate new immigrants and returning residents professionally and quickly into the Israeli employment market.

We deliver our services through employment consultants at our centers who speak various languages and bring wide experience in employment and recruitment.

We provide a range of services, including CV writing, upgrading, rewriting and translation; acquainting candidates with the Israeli labor market and with their specific employment market; preparing for job interviews, evaluation centers and various screening tests; personal consulting before signing a work contract; career planning; career guidance and recommendations by occupational psychologists; and assistance after job placement.

We operate nationwide across Israel, with centers in Tel Aviv and in Haifa, Nahariyya, Carmiel, Afula, Nazareth Illit, Hadera, Netanya, Rishon LeZion and Petah Tikva.

We provide employment centers with direct contact to employers and a wide range of services to support new immigrants and returning residents as they transition into the Israeli employment market.
