Omladinska zadruga Nefertiti is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

We enable and arrange for our members to perform temporary, intermittent work for employers, to earn funds for schooling and to meet basic, social, cultural, and other personal and community needs.

Over time, we have built a reputation and presence in the business world through modern data recording and processing, adherence to legal requirements, professional and responsible work, and ongoing training. We carefully select employers and assign a substantial number of members monthly to a range of tasks, including surveys, promotions, computer work, call center work, packaging and labeling, cleaning and laundry, leaflet distribution, and other similar jobs. For our members with working books, we enroll and deregister with PIO, and we maintain records of work periods and insurance status, which are recorded on form M-4K at year-end.
