We are ONE Recruitment Agency, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are more than a recruitment and selection company; we are an innovative concept, a new way of operating in this sector, fair, simple, direct, relational, transparent, and efficient. We work for all sectors. We focus on recruiting people with whom our clients identify, and, to this end, beyond the candidate's résumé, we know their life story in order to assess all competencies—technical and behavioral. We also prioritize establishing a close relationship with the client and the candidate, to understand the client's needs and to define the candidate profile and to accompany them throughout the process.
