Opus Cégcsoport, we are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

We work in the field of human resources, providing headbunting, labour mediation, and labour hiring, and we create opportunities for students to work to the best of their knowledge. In the headbunting process we use the direct search method to find the most suitable person for upper-middle manager roles or specialized knowledge positions and for jobs that require accentuated responsibility. Our labour mediation department has been operating at a highly professional level with nearly 20 years of experience.

Labour hiring is a form of employment in which, during the cooperation, instead of the employer, the recruitment company contracts with the employee and performs the employer’s administrative duties.
