We believe that interim management can be different. We pursue a clear and fair approach that benefits both clients and interim executives. We do not operate with hidden margins or lengthy intermediaries.

We apply a fixed start fee: a one-time selection fee of €15,000 excluding VAT, paid by the client at the start of the assignment. We use direct invoicing: the interim executive invoices the client directly, with no involvement from ORCHIS. From the start, the executive's full daily rate goes to the executive. Because interim executives retain their full daily rate, we attract top candidates who would otherwise be budgetarily unavailable. The result is higher quality, more trust, and greater impact.
