We are Oris Flex, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We focus on turning the impossible into possible. As a staffing and recruitment agency, we act quickly and decisively to ensure that good and reliable personnel are placed in the right workplace. From our office in Amsterdam we mediate between personnel at MBO-, HBO- and WO-levels and a broad network of companies and institutions, specialized in the sectors of Telecom, Civil and Energy Engineering.
With our personal approach we stand as a kind of second family for everyone. In addition to finding a good match between personnel and a workplace, collaboration, long-term assignments and continuity are central to us.
We specialize in secondment, contracting (ZZP’ers), payrolling and outplacement, pool and project management, and recruitment and selection.
