We are OSADI Recruitment, a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Penang, Malaysia.

Our purpose is to connect job seekers with multinational corporations across industries including industrial, medical, communications, clean technology, aerospace, computing & storage, automotive, and warehousing & logistics. We offer comprehensive manpower solutions, encompassing recruitment, payroll management, hostel accommodation, transportation services, expatriate services, staffing solutions, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

We deliver our services through ethical recruitment practices and by adhering to regulatory standards, including the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct Version 8.0. We operate with License C (JTKSM370C) issued by the Ministry of Human Resources under the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia, authorizing the recruitment of foreign and local workers.

Our areas of specialization include foreign workers, executive search services, and Exployment Pass. We provide these alongside our broader manpower solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, hostel accommodation, transportation services, expatriate services, staffing solutions, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

We operate across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
