We are Pakistan Human Resource Network (PHRN), a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We operate as a joint venture with The Asia Foundation and SHED Worldwide. We represent almost all NGOs, UN agencies and other development partners. We lead the direction and foster the growth of the HR profession by actively setting standards and building the capability of the profession. Through our international affiliations and close association with industry and academia, we provide access to a soundly based professional recognition framework through professional development programs, events, research and publications. Our vision is shaping the future of the profession through our members, recognizing our responsiveness by informing, leading and strengthening the HR profession. Our positioning statement is driving your successes, acknowledging our readiness to act as mentors and contributors to the HR profession and to the membership base.
