We are PankeHR, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Holte, Denmark.

We provide HR tailored to our clients' needs. We have worked for years with topics within HR, leadership development and strategy for companies and organizations in Denmark and globally. Our focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises, and our drive is to convey that personnel management is an important element in the operation of the business—on par with sales, production, logistics and business development. Most companies manage the administrative tasks such as payroll, holidays, and contracts, but few small and medium-sized enterprises have a dedicated HR function and spend much time on firefighting and ad-hoc solutions. This does not have to be the case. We recognize common questions such as whether there is real benefit in conducting performance conversations and how they can be conducted; how to create an annual cycle to gain better oversight of HR tasks; how to issue a warning to an employee; how to improve recruitment by implementing a more structured process; what personnel policies are and whether to have them, whether they should be written down, and which policies should exist in the workplace; whether there should be an employee handbook and what it should contain; and what leaders can do when frequent sickness occurs to prevent it from becoming a recurring problem.
