PARBST Search & Selection, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Hornbæk, Denmark.
We specialize in recruitment within Supply Chain, Production, Life Science, and related segments, with particular strength in complex operating environments and specialized logistics functions within pharma and biotech. We differentiate ourselves by bringing practical backgrounds in business operations and specialized knowledge in the areas we recruit for. We supplement HR functions and/or the hiring manager directly, and contribute to recruitment processes with search and selection. We have experience in the following Supply Chain and Life Science areas:
