We are Partners On Board - POB, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.
We support companies and employees in increasing work satisfaction by engaging Partners on Board, developing managers, conducting training programs, and improving teamwork. We use a distinctive approach and methods to help identify the profile that will accompany strategic projects. We believe that employees treated as Partners contribute to both the company and personal growth and success.
